Registered users can contact each other through their adverts and our own
mail system. We respect the privacy of individuals and do not pass on any
details through adverts that are posted. We leave it to the individual to
decide how, when and what details are passed on to other users of the site.
Blanca Jobs offers notice board facility free of charge to Jobseekers and Voluntary Organisations up to a maximum of five notices per registered Account Holder.
Blanca Jobs offers a notice board facility and advertising space to businesses and employers at a monthly cost. Payment will be accepted via the confidential PayPal electronic payment system whereby no personal information or credit card details are revealed to Blanca Jobs.
Blanca Jobs will not accept advertisements for sale or rental of properties.
Blanca Jobs is NOT an employment agency and takes no responsibility for any agreements made between an employee and employer following contact via Blanca Jobs. It is the responsibility of registered users to negotiate terms and conditions of employment directly with employers/employees, with whom they have made contact via Blanca Jobs. It is the responsibility of employers and employees to check out credentials of employers and employees with whom they have made contact via Blanca Jobs.
Blanca Jobs makes every effort to ensure all information is current, accurate and genuine but accepts no responsibility for errors, out of date or inaccurate information published by registered users. It is the responsibility of registered users to ensure advertisements on the Blanca Jobs notice board are current. Advertisements will be automatically deleted by Blanca Jobs after one month of posting, if not renewed.

Blanca Jobs will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (e.g. to government bodies or law enforcement agencies).
First, decide how you will use the site, as an individual or as a business/organisation.
Second, provide us with your name, email address, and password that you want to use and we will create you an account.
Third, in order to allow you to send messages through our system, we require that you verify your email address. Upon creation of your account we will send you an email with a 10 digit authorisation code, use this when prompted, or follow the link in the email.
When you want to return to the site, use your email address and password to log in.
- change your password
- add/edit/remove your adverts that appear on our Notice Boards.
- view and reply to messages, when other users send you a message through your adverts or replying to you, this is where you can see the message. We will inform you by email when you have new messages waiting for you.
- if you are a 'business' user, you can monitor/renew your subscriptions.
- if you advertise in the side spaces on our site, you can track and manage your adverts, including viewing the number of times it has been viewed (impressions) and renewing the advertising.
If you are a business user, you can search for people to fill your positions, seach for volunteers, people looking for training or a home based or other business opportunity. You can then contact them through their adverts. Business users must have a current subscription to be able to contact people through their adverts.
Individuals searching the notice boards can look for work, voluntary work, a home based or other business opportunity and training courses. Once you have found what you are looking for contact the advertiser through the advert. Even if you don't think it's what you're looking for, there's no harm in asking - you never know what you might find!
Adverts are randomly rotated and the presence on screen recorded so that advertisers can view, at any time, the number of times their advert has been seen (impressions).
Advertising blocks are available for a period of one month, the size is 125 pixels square, jpeg files only. Adverts allow for use as a link when a URL is provided. All adverts will be subject to approval by blancajobs.com
| How do I post a new advert? |
When creating a new advert you will be asked for some information for that advert, first decide on the type of advert, the system will then give the appropriate options for you to complete the advert.
| How do I verify my email address ? |
Email addresses can also be verified from the 'My Profile' page. If you log in and your email address has not been verified, we will prompt you to complete the process. You can have a new verification code sent to you from there.
| What can I search for on the Notice Boards? |
If you are a business user, you will be able to search for staff, volunteers, people to train and for peole looking for a business opportunity. You will not be able to search for other business users. If you are a business user and want to create a jobseeker type account, please do so, but you will need to use a different email address.
| How do I subscribe for a business account? |
You can pay the subscription upon registration, or you will be given the opportunity to subscribe when you create a new advert. from the 'My Profile' page.
| What happens when my subscription runs out? |
If your subscription runs out you will not be able to contact people through their adverts. In addition, your adverts will not be posted on our Notice Boards, however they will be kept until you re-subscribe at which point they will become live again. You will still be able to continue sending messages to the people that you have already been in contact with.
| We are a charitable organisation, do we have to pay? |
For efficient use of the blancajobs.com website we recommend that you log in and click on Notice Boards daily to check for new adverts. Check your mail in the My Profile page for replies to your adverts - Blanca Jobs sends you an email alert whenever you receive mail to your profile.
Note reference numbers of Notice Board adverts you have contacted so that you
know which adverts you have contacted already each time you check the notice
boards.
To contact notice board adverts - choose category search, click on contact,
note reference and send date of contact, click send mail as our system only
stores reply emails in My Profile Page.
Tips On Registration
Option 1 - Click Register, enter your email and your desired password. Close
the website and check your email for the email verification. From your email
click the link to verify your email. You can then log in.
Option 2 - Click Register, enter your email address and your desired password.
Check your email (if you use a web based email system open up another tab or
browser window to check your mail) and copy and paste the Authorisation Code
into the box on the Blanca Jobs website.
Option 3 - Click Register, enter your email address and your desired password.
After successfully registering you can log in at anytime, however, until
you have verified your email address you will not be able to post any adverts.
Trouble Shooting Registration
Registering with blancajobs.com is easy.
Click on Register (or follow the various links) and select the
way that you will use blancajobs.com, either as an individual (jobseekers)
or as a business user.
Next enter your name, email address and enter your
own password.
Providing the information given by you is correct, you will
be registered with blanca jobs.
Once registered you can log in at any time
with your email address and password that you chose.
After registering we
validate your email address by sending you an Authorisation Code - this
can be entered immediately after the registration process, or at a later
time by using the link within the email or upon logging into your blancajobs.com
account.
If you do not receive the validation email, you can request another one
by logging into your account with your email address and password. You will
then be prompted to validate your email address.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the
log in page.
